The “Home in 5” program is offered to homebuyers in Arizona and provides down payment assistance towards a home purchase. This program may not be used towards a refinance. All homebuyers qualifying for down payment assistance will receive 5% of the original loan amount to be used for down payment and closing costs.

• $88,350 maximum income.
• Purchase price limit $300,000.
